Life of Ivanna has been selected to DocPoint

Renato Borrayo Serrano's film Life of Ivanna will be screened at DocPoint Film Festival. This year the festival takes place as a nationwide online festival and the programme is watchable online from 31 January to 6 February 2022.

Ivanna, a young Nenets woman and mother of five children living in North Siberia, decides to take her life in her own hands, emancipating from an abusive relationship and abandoning the traditional nomadic way of life in the tundra to emigrate to the city.

Illume's latest documentary, a story about iconised Tavastia-house, Then the Time, They Changed, will premiere at this year's DocPoint. Directed by Antti Kuivalainen, the film tells the story of the premier rock establishment in Helsinki since 1970.
