Skolts are abused and robbed by the Finnish Border Guards. Skolt Kosma Moshnikov is murdered and his head is cutted off. They put it to the spear and leave it to scare others. The official historiography turns the story upside down. The film uncovers the deep trauma that Skolts have experienced, by telling the real chain of events along with the endeavour of today's Skolts to investigate what really happened.
