Children of War and Peace at The Happy Film Festival

The feature-length documentary film Children of War and Peace, produced by Illume and directed by Ville Suhonen, will be screened at The Happy Film Festival on Friday, August 2nd at 2:30 PM in Kino Mäntyharju.

"Children of War and Peace" is constructed from archival materials that lead to an understanding of Finnish nationalist upbringing and the roles assigned to children, which were directly guided by the state and authorities.

The Happy Film Festival will be held from August 1st to 4th, 2024, in Mäntyharju, Joutsa and Sysmä.
